Where there’s smoke, there isn’t always fire.
So don’t be confused when someone drags off a cigarette without ever lighting up.
It’s probably just another smoker gone digital, using an E-cig, or electronic cigarette, which was
developed in April 2003.
Though it looks just like a real cigarette, it uses a small battery and atomizer, the heating element, to
turn a liquid form of nicotine into a smoke-like vapor that neither smells nor produces tar, and can be
legally smoked wherever traditional cigarettes are banned, for now.
